We do not offer cancellations on products that have been paid in full! Our items are all made to order! So once the order is paid the item begins to be made!

SHIPMENT: All items are shipped via USPS! We are not responsible for late or lost items! Once the item reaches the post office we have no contol on shipment!

CUSTOM: custom orders must be paid in full before item will be created! There is a $3-$5 non-refundable deposit for all custom orders!
